Hey guys, I currently have one 7200RPM 160GB Seagate Barracuda (in sig) My motherboard is capable of raid, however, would it be a good idea to introduce a new HDD after my current one is all up and running? (it is about 56% full) anyways, anyone know any good tutorials on raid and all tht fun stuff? First time monkeying with it heh.

thats pretty good for ya i think, but why do you want raid? i mean its mostly for servers and such, most home systems are better with the hard drive broken down into partions no less joining them togther. i mean you already have a 160 gig partion so why would you want a 400 gig single partion or whatever? idk just something to think about. but up there is how ya do it and all the different kinds.
