lol, oh jesus.

First off, you definitely don't need to get a scythe sflex for case fans like these. They are rather expensive.

As far as recommendations go, I suggest these.
Zalman ZM-F3 120mm Adjustable Fan 20-34dBA
Petra's Tech Shop -- Only get yate loon's from petras
Nexus D12SL-12-BW Black & White 120mm Real Silent Case Fan 36.8 CFM 22.8 dBA
Noctua NF-P12 120mm x 25mm Fan - 54.3 CFM at 19 dBA - FrozenCPU.com

Second, that Thermaltake fan is junk. Thermaltake fans are all quoted at ******** ratings, there is no way a 1600rpm fan is running at 16dBa. Don't fool yourself.

The main reason i like the sflex fans is that they will essentially run forever.

While that may be true, I don't think fan failure for these fans will be a problem.
