Okay, here's the plan after looking at tons of other peoples rigs, I have decided to create my own custom cooling in my case.

I need to know several things:
1) For my hard drive area, there are horizontal slots that they slide into, just like everyone else's PC. My question is, what if I could hang them vertical? I have some foam, and I was thinking about putting it either along the top or bottom, then also using a piece of rubber, or something, between the screws and the case chassis. What do you think?

2) The reason I'm doing that, is for this: Just below the hard drive area, there is a few holes in the case, for ventillation. I would like to build something sorta like this but I don't think those 10 holes or so will allow enough air to travel up through the case. How should I go about cutting a circle or square in the case, or should I do this? Thanks
