The Quad Cores overclock as well as the standard C2D's from what I have heard and the TT 120 is a good cooler. I myself would get an E6600 however if you have the money the Q6600 is not a bad deal anymore and quad-core helps a tiny bit in games...not much more than dual though.
Well as for an 8800GTX all of them will max out their overclock around the same place...you see Nvidia supply's every company their chips and then the company sets it on their pcb and everything and adds their own cooler and blah blah. Buying a Pre-overclocked is just for the pansies who are kind of scared to do it themselves.
