The difference between this and the GTX will not be noticable, but the price between them will. If you look at the specs of the 2 cards, this card is just barely behind the GTX. it can save you over $100 and you will basically get the same performance out of it.

they have CPU and VGA charts, so you can see how much of a difference each thing will make.
