figured it out... we wernt hitting the power button... apparently the power button is a giant X on the top of the computer that looks like its cosmetic only.... ****ing retarded case.

I have to laugh, had a customer with a similar case, kept hitting the reset button on the front thinking it was the power lol

there was a lot of rage at the moment lol but afterwards was pretty funny lol. I thought that the button we were pushing might not be the power button but looked everywhere and couldn't find another that might be the power button >.> most retarded power button ever! but everything works now and shes loving it so all in all it worked out. Tyvm for all the help.
