The 2x6800GT's are going to keep the person who started the thread in good shape. There's no reason to upgrade a card that is so strong.

Yea, there's really no point in upgrading anything till the end of the year. by then amd will introduce new processors, with different ram requirements. Im gonna wait till the end of the year for any upgrades. You should consider the same.

hrmm i hope i don't sound dumb,i say u stick with your graphics cards now, and upgrade when the geforce 8's come out, those are supposed to use dx10 and shader model 4.0.. i don't see why you wanna upgrade from 6800 gt's are they actually giving you problems with any games??

Yes, stick with these until you really need to better performance or ideally the DX10 cards come out, by then you should have the money to but the top-of-the-line DX10 card and a copy of Vista.
