7900gt for sure, can send it back if it doesn't work but it should be fine.

dual core cpu and upgrade sound later

for $130 you could buy two seagate drives, put them in raid 0 which your motherboard supports, and get better performance than a 74 gig raptor & slightly less than the 150 gig raptor.

BTW, I would go with an asus mobo.
