i updated my build a bit mainly to cut prices where i can.

I don't want to switch to the corsair because it doesn't seem necessary and i don't like dealing with MIR (since they take so long to get the money back)
i was wondering what are the timings on the ram mean? i want to think of this build as if i wasn't going to be overclocking.
i updated the ram to 4gb and changed the mother board to a BIOSTAR t-force board that was cheaper. im not sure about the quality of these boards so i would appreciate any feedback about them, someone earlier mentioned a more expensive biostar board, so i thought the brand wasn't notorious for being bad or anything.
The case im also willing to find a cheaper alternative but i do like the case, and all the lower priced cases seem very confusing to me as to which is good or bad. so if anyone has suggestions for a decent looking case with suffucient airflow at a cheaper price i would appreciate it.
