Network cable

Hi guys, I need a 100' network cable, for Internet and watching movies through. Is this one a good choice?

Any cable will do, I'm surprised they're even taking time to write reviews on network cables. The size of a cable is the only thing that matters (in terms of signal loss).

So its not like a coaxial cables? (A higher quality coaxial cable will give you a better signal)
