Need a New Motherboard

Just like the title says, I need a new mobo. Mine's been toasted - bad flash. I want something that OC's easily. I also need RAID. Any motherboard other than Gigabyte...

Also, will I be able to use my current RAID setup with a new non-Gigabyte mobo? I need to be able to get my stuff off the hard drives.

SLI:
ASUS P5N-D 750i SLI

I assumed you're not looking to spend more than $200 for a motherboard, so I suggested around the middle range.

I was looking at the DFI board actually. I saved it to my wishlist, but it got deleted somehow, and I couldn't remember which one it was. I won't be doing Crossfire/SLI. All my stuffs in my sig. The only thing changing is the motherboard.
