It wins because it has a that such a huge jump over the 6800gs in the core/memory clock. Plus eve if you oc it it will perfrom even that much better.

I'd rather have a decent 2.1 speaker setup than a really cheap 5.1 speaker setup.

You can find some nice ASUS mobos for less that overclock very well for about $90.

For your budget & needs, I would budge on the hard drive and find a cheaper 16mb drive. $125 is too much.

I'd go with a $50 PSU 450 watt FSP group.
