Default Mobo Selection

So which one's better comparing price wid perfomance......

The ASUS P6T Deleux
The ASUS P6T
The Intel DX580SO

I also didn't understand that why intel has placed 4 slots of RAM when the I7 requires tripple channal RAM

Price/Performance wise the P6T for $100 less, but of course the "Deluxe" P6T is gonna be better, stuff like more features, better capacitors, etc, etc

Mobo's don't affect performance THAT much...

knock out the Intel Board right away.... and go with either the P6T or Deluxe, the P6T is more bang for the buck, and the Deluxe has more featueres

The Biostar Tpower is one of the best overcloking x58's and is reasonably priced.

Guys. I only have $900 to make my self a system. I compared the boards the ASUS P6T an the "delux" one and guess what?.....The NON-DELUX ASUS P6T turns out to be better..... Check this link out it'll give you the details

Motherboards Side by Side Comparison - PC World

I not gonna be doing a lot of OCing. At Max I'll go With the 920 at 3GHz at stock cooling.

So I think that P6T is neat.......any suggestions......and do correct me if I'm wrong

Agreed, the Biostar is a good board. There is nothing wrong with the Asus, but then again, there isn't anything wrong with the Biostar either.

Also PC world is retarded, they got the specs wrong. Just do a side by side on newegg.
