Default Looking for new mobo for gaming pc

Hey guys, so the mobo on my current rig has completely crapped out and now Im looking for the best replacement. I feel like my first choice was poor so I decided to post here since Ive always received good feedback from the users.

Anyways the specs of my pc are in my sig, just give me your opinions on what mobo you think I should choose

I found only two ATX motherboards on newegg that had the same socket type and memory requirements:

Newegg.com - MSI P43-C51 LGA 775 Intel P43 ATX Intel Motherboard
Newegg.com - Intel BOXDP43BF LGA 775 Intel P43 ATX Intel Motherboard

There are probably others though, if you don't like those.

ah...I picked the wrong link then: Newegg.com - Crucial Ballistix Tracer 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model BL2KIT12864AL804 is this correct?

There's still little boards to pick from: Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-G31M-ES2L LGA 775 Intel G31 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
That's the best one I could find..

ya those are the right ones i believe

Im worried that a microATX is going to be too small for what I need, I know that my gfx card is very large and I also have a very big heat sink on the cpu, so I need as much mobo space as possible, i think everything will be to scrunched together on a micro to fit

Newegg.com - Computer Hardware,Motherboards,Intel Motherboards,LGA 775,DDR2 800,ATX

That's a list of the ones that would work and are ATX...I've never heard of any of these manufacturers besides ASUS, but that's out of stock. Newegg.com - Foxconn P41A-G LGA 775 Intel G41 ATX Intel Motherboard I'd probably go with this one; it's got the most reviews...
