Default Looking to get some new stuff for computer

I've decided to upgrade some of the components that I use with my computer: The monitor, keyboard, and the mouse. I don't know much about any of those but if I do decide to start doing some more gaming on the PC I don't think a 16 inch CRT monitor with a 15 year old keyboard and mouse will cut it for gaming

I'm looking for a decent sized monitor for under $200. I have an HD 4850 512 MB video card.

I don't know much about gaming laser mouses because I've almost always used the standard ball mouse or a standard laser mouse. Something under $40 each would be good, I'm willing to go a little higher if it is a huge upgrade.

Thanks
