yes, HIS is an excellent brand

look around for p45 motherboards as well

and for a power supply.. look at the rosewill 850 watt.. that should be more than enough to power a dual 4870 rig

That CPU Sucks for its price..

the Q6600 is better as its cheaper and it overclocks better

The Corsair 750tx is cheaper than the rosewill 850w and is more than enough power for 2 4870's.

Newegg.com - CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX 750W ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply 100 - 240 V UL, CE, CB, TUV, FCC, CCC - Power Supplies

The q9450 is about 5-10% faster than the Q6600 clock for clock but it has a low multiplier so you need a good motherboard to overclock it. The Biopstar Tpower p45 set the world record for the highest fsb so it should be able to overclok the Q9450 to speeds close to those of the q6600.
