Yeah really. It's like we're getting paid for it.

Druid is now helping to update the list, thanks mate. We now have the 6970, 6950 and 450 added

The 6970 has the same performance as the 570

^benchies I've looked up show it trailing by a margin. But I'm undecided whether it's better or worse than a 480. Looked up a few benches just now, almost seems they're dead even.

I'm going by Anandtech's benches.
Against the 570, it won 3 benches, tied 3 and lost 3.

Our concern was that AMD would shoot themselves in the foot by pricing the Radeon HD 6970 in particular at too high a price. If we take a straight average at 1920x1200 and 2560x1600, its performance is more or less equal to the GeForce GTX 570. In practice this means that NVIDIA wins a third of our games, AMD wins a third of our games, and they effectively tie on the rest, so the position of the 6970 relative to the GTX 570 is heavily dependent on just what games out of our benchmark suite you favor. All we can say for sure is that on average the two cards are comparable.

Looking at reviews done more recently from the past month and not last year though, 570 wins most tests.

I just had a look through this:
AMD's Radeon HD 6990: The New Single Card King - AnandTech :: Your Source for Hardware Analysis and News
Counting the number of games won, the 6970 is ahead by one (6 to 5) - I gave a point to both cards in BC2 (570 wins waterfall, 6970 wins chase)

Yo, the 6990 needs to get on this. There is no debate on that one.
