if its a graphic tablet you need.. wacom is the one

more you can spend the better but the midrange stuff is still top notch.

do you have a monitor?

I also was thinking about Shuttle...

Since I will not need super video card. I think Shuttle will work for me.
Because I think current Shuttle builds don't support 8800GT.. well they might support ATI.. I am not sure.

A high end video card is not needed for what you are doing, something like an 8500gt will be fine.
