pc3500 may overclock better but the timings arent as good as decent overclocking DDR400. if you are planning to overclock i would take the advice of the first post and get the 4400+ toledo rather than the 4800+. you will save a great deal of money and it is a VERY easy overclock to reach the performance of the 4800+. it is only a 200mhz overclock which is relatively small.
