if i'm gonna go with a stand alone tower without a combo deal, antec 900 is my choice 100%, i like its looks way more than anything else out there, and it cools like a beast! As far as gaming goes, It won't be pertinent, but i think i'm just gonna step up to a better card since pretty much everything else is stepped up.

what do you think of said selected card:

Newegg.com - XFX PVT88PYDF4 GeForce 8800GT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Retail

The only thing I would change would be getting Crucial Ballistix instead of the G Skills. Looks great.

Also, I'd go with the EVGA 8800GT, but I hear XFX is good to... so it's up to you.

what are your feelings on the patriot sticks?

I think imma go with the EVGA because someone mentioned their step-up program was decent (and i heard they are coming out with a new gpu soon).

go with the Crucial Ballistix.. because it can go up in speed when overclocked... plus you can get some really loose timings with it if u've got a low FSB.. l
