Default Bright6's first build

Hey I'm the new guy that just joined (TODAY). I'm making this thread, because i have no clue how to put this up as anything but this or a reply (some help?) Before i ramble I am making my first PC and would like every ones input who could help me out I am all ears for any comment and will be very appreciative to the people that help me out I will list my parts and after i will list parts i'm in debate about and keep in mind this computer is supposed to be on a 1,500 USD budget but is exceeding this which is fine as long as it doesn't jump the gun by too much meaning no more then 250 300 over budget and system should be upgrade-able meaning sli compatible memory space and etc.
Without further a due my picked parts of certainty (open to change within price reason and compatibility with other parts)
For my case:
Newegg.com - NZXT Phantom PHAN-001WT White Steel / Plastic Enthusiast ATX Full Tower Computer Casei like the white and black.
For my Gpu:Newegg.com - ASUS ENGTX570 DCII/2DIS/1280MD5 GeForce GTX 570 (Fermi) 1280MB 320-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card
wanna upgrade for twin gtx580 or better later on.
For my memory/RAM:
Newegg.com - G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL8D-8GBXM
have no problem with this.
For my hardrive:
Newegg.com - Suggested Productshis is more than what i need.
For power/life:
Newegg.com - OCZ OCZ750FTY 750W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Power SupplyA CPU is up to you im on debate between the:

Newegg.com - Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost) 4 x 256KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor BX80623I52500K

Is this a build primarily for gaming, rendering, editing, ...?
How much storage space do you anticipate using, or how much are you using now (your link under hard drive is deactivated).
Do you need any additional hardware? keyboard/mouse/monitor.

$1,500 (+/- 250-300) is a nice range to be in and gives you a lot of options depending on what the build is for.
Will post up some suggestions once you've identified the end purpose of the build.

*Edit - Here is a fairly generic gaming setup with the option of future upgrades:

Case + OS: $220 NZXT Phantom + Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit OEM.
PSU + GPU: $684 1050W Corsair HX1050 + MSI GTX 580 Twin Frozr II/OC.
CPU + MB: $375 Intel i5 2500k + Asus P8P67 Pro.
CPU Cooler: $42 Corsair CAFA70.
Thermal Paste: $7 Tuniq TX-2.
RAM: $70 8GB G.Skill Ripjaws X 1600 CAS8.
HDD: $60 1TB Samsung Spinpoint F3.
SSD: $110 60GB OCZ Agility 3.
ODD: $20 Sony Optiarc 24x DVD/CD Burner, LightScribe Support.

Total = $1,588.
-$70 in rebates, and if you sign-up for ShopRunner trial shipping is free = $1,518.

The motherboard will support a 2nd GTX 580 and the power supply has the juice to run it.
Also, the CPU is overclockable for extra performance and the aftermarket cooler will keep it cool.
