Default 7800GTX 512 overclockable?

i'm not getting one but im jw if these are overclockable since they seem to be already oc'ed really far past the regular 7800GTX's, and if you could would you really be able to oc it really high before it starts to artifact?

Yes they are. 600/1800 on air should be relatively easy.

Exactly, there are no processors/mobos out now that can even run to the full potential of the 7800.

Yes there are. An FX57 can easily run it to it's full potential.

Well yes there are mobos that can run the full potential of the 7800 just no games that can even put a dent in that card.

OCing would be completely pointless at this point, unless you're in a competition theres really no reason.

Once again, yes there are. Try running FEAR at 1280x1024 with 4xa and 16xaf with soft shadows and everything on highest. I think you will find the game rather unplayable.

Im willing to bet that the 512MB 7800GTX could do that. Maybe even a higher res.
