Default What kind of harddrive can I install ?

So can I install ATA 100 or ATA 133 for this?

NVM got it, I checked my manufacturer's website, its only ATA 100

ATA133 drives will still work. they'll just lower their bandwith to ATA100.

they're mostly referred to as IDE.

the only other major specifications are SATA and SCSI. you won't be using these drives in your current computer.
