Some PSU help?

Im trying to find a good PCU, for my build, but I don't know much about which are good/bad. Can someone recommend some good PSU companies? I havent chosen the rest of the parts yet, so I dont know the exact wattage, but knowing what manufactures are reputable is a start. Is Cooler Master any good? Any disadvantages in having more that one 12v rail? And is having a modular PSU a big deal, or it it fairly easy to tie up the extra cables?

I've found Cooler Master to be hit and miss.
Personally would stick to Antec, Corsair, OCZ, XFX, Silverstone, Seasonic.

Modular vs non-modular has a lot to do with the case, I have a non-modular and a case with no cable management, its a headache.
I also have a non-modular and a case with cable management, a slight hassle but everything can get tucked away.

My sugestion too is look at Amps on the 12Vs. A 600W and 20A is pretty much the same as a 500W and 19A. Amps are what drives the power, so the higher the better.
