PCI-E Slot not near holes?

Stuck with some wires in pc build!

I have a wire which says
Power SW [it's small]
Reset SW [small]
Audio [has 2, 2 pin connectors, and like 4 / 5 1 pin connectors]
And one saying USB.

Then I have this blue one that looks like a power connector that comes out of a hole with power sw and reset sw.

Please ask for more details if these descriptions aren't clear.

ok i know what you mean those are the wires for the cases you know as indication. and some cases have usb output builded on the case so you just plug the cables into the right spot, refer to the user manual.
