I'm glad you can to 400, because 300 can be very hard to work with.
I also assume you don't need a monitor?
What other games do you play? because you might be able to go with a cheaper GPU and get a better CPU.
You can go from a dual-core to a quad-core if you don't mind filling your whole 400 budget (it would come to 404 to be specific).

Anyway, here you are:
CPU: HDX545WFGIBOX - AMD Phenom II X2 545, Sok AM3, 3.0GHz, 6MB Cache, 80W, Retail -

Motherboard: Asus M4A77TD Pro, AMD 770, AM3, PCI-E 2.0(x16), DDR3 1800(OC), SATA 3GB/s, SATA RAID, ATX -

GPU: 11138-33-20R - 512MB Sapphire HD 4670, PCI-E 2.0 (x16), 2000MHz GDDR3, GPU 750MHz, 320 Cores, D-Sub/ DL DVI-I/ HDMI -

RAM: TW3X4G1333C9A - 4GB (2x2GB) Corsair TwinX XMS3, DDR3 PC3-10666 (1333) 240 Pin, Non-ECC Unbuffered, CAS 9-9-9-24 -

PSU: CMPSU-400CXUK - 400W Corsair Power Series PSU, ATX, PS/2, UK Version 3 year warranty -
