Default Harddrive compatablity question (should be quick)

I am about ready to purchase a new HDD for my comp. I just want a second opinion if this HDD...

is compatable with...

I havent done a lot of of hardware installs except for putting in a new ethernet card for an old computer a long while ago. If I am correct that SATAII is backwards compatable SATAI.

The case it will be going into is a P180.

If it isn't compatable, what am I getting wrong?
