I see. Would you recommend a quad-core, or would a triple-core be sufficient?

$77 more for a x3 720, $57 for a x3 710. $111 jump for a Phenom II quad.

If you stay with a native AM2+ CPU, get this RAM instead: - G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory
$2 more but it is 1066, the mobo's max.
