Default decent graphics card w/av inputs

Hey does any1 no of a graphics card that has a/v inputs (yellow, red, white) that i could hook my playstation to AND get decent graphics for computer gaming? I am not a fanatical gamer that has to have the best of the best of the best card. I only play Medol of Honor: spearhead and Need for Speed Underground computer games, and i have a decent geforce card on my other computer that does fine for me...and it has to be under 150.00 USD....any suggestions?

Most video cards have an a port similar to an S-video out, the video card should come with a cable that goes out from that into red, yellow and red. However i do not know of any specific ones, sorry.

I've been saying this to much lately, but I recommend looking into tv tuner cards...

EDIT:
pc graphics are waaayyy better than consol graphics..., just depends on how much you're willing to spend
