Default Capture card question

well im going to buy a capture card probably next week and i want to know what to look for. Basically what i want to do is to like record myself playing on my xbox 360. What videocard is able to do this?.

You may also need some video software, as I think the software that comes with cards is generally low quality and produces huge files that you will want to shrink down.
You can get OEM copies of popular software for like $15 on eBay, do a quick search there.

After you have installed the hardware (the manual is going to be a good resource for this) and have installed the software, you can connect your 360 to your tuner via composite cables (red, white, and yellow). Then turn on your 360 and start up your software!
