Default bought 1gb of ram for laptop

bought 1gb of ram for my laptop and i was just wondering will it be able to run games more smoother because atm im running gta sa on my laptop i got 2x256 ram and 1.6 celeron m and it plays it but its abit you know jolty sloopy i was just wondering will it play it more smooth with my new 1gig

You should see a different in smoothness with your upgrade.

Its most likely the video card. More ram won't help if the video card can't process fast enouph.
