Is GreenZap for real? $25 bucks free sounds fishy to me.

Hey guys. I was wondering what your opinions on GreenZap.com are. I think it sounds great, but the 25 bucks for free and them saying they will work with ebay sounds fishy. I mean, arent ebay and paypal the same company? wouldnt ebay want to put greenzap down, and not interface with them? Im just wondering if I should trust it or not.
So what are your opinions on GreenZap.com?
