Larry owns it, there might be someone who splits it with him, not sure these days, the moderators of this particular section are listed up at the top.

If they want someone to be a mod, they'll let them know. There is no application.

That's what I thought so too before. Turns out it's "Harper" from Andromeda!..

On a side note, I watched an episode of Andromeda yesterday after a long time. "Q" from Star Trek was in it!!
