I hate the normal style of WinXP...it's all about the classic look, but yeah, every shortcut I have is in the quicklaunch bar so mine gets pretty huge over time

Same! Except for the quicklaunch....that use to be my primary but it got so huge that it got ridiculous...so, I made myself use my desktop instead. All I have in my quicklaunch is the "Show Desktop" thing, and Firefox.
