If she is under the age of 18 and still lives at home, unfortuantely you don't have any choice but to obey his wishes at his place of residence. If he doesn't want you around his daughter, the least you should do is understand his wishes and not visit her there.
As far as you and her hanging out other places, it's tough there also. A Parent or a legal guardian has the full right to prevent or disallow a child under 18 to have contact with any one person or persons. IF the father doesn't want you around his daughter, you should do your best to not let him know about it. Do not make attempts to befriend him or prove yourself to him. Once she turns 18 she is free to see whom she chooses. UNless of course she still lives at home, in which case you can't go there.
