Vigilante Hackers

I think it's a swell thing. They should become non-vigillantes though. Someone should prolly set up a little firm of people who do this, and have ISP's pay for it. That way, it can be controlled. Just my opinion.

There's probably some legal reasons this hasn't been done already. I can see no monetary reasons why people in the government would be against doing such a thing, so there's got to be some political/legal problem there.

If ISP's pay for it then our bills would increase.... And im allready paying $30 a month for my connection.... Which is shit....

I have to pay £25 for 1meg (just under $50) It used to be for 512 until a couple of days ago. It is our cheapest bill still (excluding landline phone bill. which is just over £20)

Hackers arent just governed by cyber police. They fall under federal law, and the FED's would go after hackers.
