you should also complain about this in site feedback & suggestions section. i've had the same problem. the reason why it is full is not because microbell has a lot of PM's saved.

it's because message tracking & sent item information is saved with each private message and eat up space without telling you directly. microbell you should delete both of those in your control panel.

I wasn't exactly complaining.... I just wanted to send MicroBell a pm and couldn't cause the box was full so I figured he was bound to see this
