Job question

I am not exactly thrilled with my current job situation and am actively looking around. My question is about a job that I applied to a couple weeks ago. Never heard anything back and the job was re-posted a week later with a lower salary listed. Do I apply again? even at the lower salary it would be a huge raise. I am very qualified for it and have all but one of their "preferred attributes" But will it look bad if I apply again?

I don't think so, it shows that you're interested in the job. I think it'd be worse if you got called about the job and didn't take it only to reapply.

I say go for it, just shows you REALLY want that job and if you can talk to some one in the HR department OR the recruitment company they normally say sure we can over look X because of Y.
