That does look like it hurt Nubius, i had a friend who did something similar when he was wasted. Took him awhile to notice he was bleeding and when he did he freaked out. Hope it gets better.

I noticed it immediately haha. But nah, seriously. It just looks bad but it really didn't hurt one bit. It was a very sharp knife, I was buzzing, it was a really quick and clean cut so there was no pain at all. The most painful thing was just getting the anesthesia when he shot it into the wound.
