Symantec Anti-virus corpate edition help

I have one of my servers running Symantec Anti-virus corpate edition, which has a remote client installation. But when I try to install symantec will load the files and say that it is complete yet no programs will be installed on the remote machine. Does any one have any ideas?

You install SAV on the server and you are trying to install SAV remotely, if so where to and how?
