For some reason I am no longer able to download anything from the internet. Whenever I attempt to do so I get a message that tells me I am not authorized to view that page. I have ran every spyware or virus app I can find but am at a loss. Can anyone enlighten me as to how something like this can happen. I have checked all settings I can think of. Have tried everthing I could think of! Can someone please help me out. My system is a HP Pavilion 7850 933 mgHz ME O/S
127 RAM. I suspect this might have something to do with an unsuccessful attempt to install a Radeon 9200se s80 video card to my system. When I installed the card it seemed alright but would crash at the drop of a hat. After I removed the card and drivers I became unable to download anything. Other wise the machine seems to work fine. Any Ideas?
