Nod32 not working!

Hey guys,
3 days ago till now, I am trying to scan my PC but all what Nod32 says is "Error Opening File"

I had a lot of problems with Nod32 but because of my laziness I still haven't changed it.

So what do you suggest me to get instead of that?

IMO, ESET's Nod32 is one of the best... What file is it trying to open? Is this during a scan? It could be a file that's in use or a system file and it's not able to scan it.
