Nasty hijacker PLEASE help

I would greatly appreciate it when ever you could get around to it. I have the same issue as the OP but I have Vista. The only difference between his problem and mine is that mine isn't disrupting anything and the hijacking seems to come and go, but when it's happening it's exactly the way the OP explained. I ran spyware terminator last night removed the few things it found and the problem seems to have gone away but I'd like to do it right, like your guide instructs for XP users.
