Which Anti Virus Program?

Ever isnc einstalling Norton the PC has been slower than dirt.
So... Other than AVG which expires in a few days, what should I use?

AVG, Avast and AntiVir have been the best free AV options around. Although from what I've heard AntiVir has gotten more toward nagware than freeware lately.

If you'd like to try a commercial AV that's not Norton check out Kaspersky or NOD32. Kaspersky is a little system intensive, but it's to-the-wall for detecting anything and everything.

I just use AVG myself, it's always worked well for me, and it's going to remain free as far as I've heard.

I am using AVG7.1, but as you know its free virus update service will be discontinued around two months later!

I use Avast! home edition, it free and good antvirus

but you have to re-register for the program to work properly
every 12 months (maybe up to 14)!
