Is My Computer Stuffed?

Whenever I go onto my computer, a window pops up saying" Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close....followed by a Dont Send and Send report". If I press "DOnt Send" the computer freezes like 3 secs and all the icons on the computer temporarily disappear but come back.
However if I ignore this window and leave it there, the computer's fine.
SOmetimes I have this Dr Watson Portmodern Debugger Window and I must restart the computer.

I asked my friend, who's like a computer nerd and she told me I might have to download Mozilla or that my Internet Explorer is stuffed. She also recommended trying Tech Forums. So does anyone have a clue? Thanks in advance.

Its a tough call to point a problem on the basis you gave.
you should check if your computer is loaded with small programs hogging system resorces(the ones that you dont want, but they find a way in).
regarding your windows explorer been full, dont worry, this doesnt happen, what actually happens is that it takes more time to load when you have a nice amount of gb used.
You could install mozilla but this probabilly wouldnt help on your problem.
