Mozilla Firefox misery

Hello. Right now I have downloaded a firefox that keeps downloading two tabs that has the 1. facebook 2. youtube 3. outlook etc buttons.

I do not want the g dam tabs downloading all the time when I am internet surfing

so how does one stop it from happening?

Options -> General tab -> Startup group -> "When FireFox starts"

Do you have "Show my windows and tabs from last time" selected?
