Windstream is the same with OpenDNS... issue comes down to how AT&T lines handle IP addressing. This is why I avoid AT&T lines.

My contract is up in May, I would like to go back to Comcast but last time I attempted that, they raked me $$$ a new backside.

Easy option would be to use K9 K9 Web Protection - Free Internet Filter and Parental Control Software | Free Internet Filtering and Parental Controls Software , I use this for my younger family members that have PC/Laptops, you can even set time restrictions for actaully web access, its password protected software and you can also monitors activity.
