Firefox start up issues.

When I start firfox i constantly get a message saying this is embarrasing asking me if I want to restore my last session or start a new session. It is very annoying and I would like to know how to stop it so if anyone knows what the silver bullet is that will stop then please do tell me.

And before anyone says I have un installed and re installed firefox.

Have you removed the old profile folder BEFORE you reinstalled Firefox again? Just uninstalling it does not get rid of your profile. the message you are getting is that from firefox not shutting down properly.

No I haven't removed the folder can you tell me how to remove it please.
