Browsers Crash

For the last month or two Opera randomly crashes when i try to play embedded videos in websites(flash and wmp videos) The same thing happens with both firefox and IE6. I have the lastest versions of all 3 browers. Anyone know how to solve this problem?

Do you have the correct plug ins for your browsers?

Ya have latest shockwave flash,window media player, quicktime etc plugins. I should say that the embedded clips work fine a lot of the time but for some sites(including gamespot.com and cnet.com) its hit and miss
