Does anyone know if there is supposed to be a new gen. iPod coming out soon (not the nano... I know they just came out with a new one of those)? I have been thinking about getting a 30gb iPod video... but honestly I'm afraid if I get one now in a couple of months Apple will release a major upgrade... like one with a touch screen or something (I feel sorry for the people who bought a MBP on like the 20th or something..... oops!.... 4 days later a new one is released for the same price with better specs! I would be livid!).

I hope they release a touch screen version.... that would be ultra-tight! After digging a little deeper, I found out that this has been rumored to be on the way since Jan. 06... Of course the articles that were written around that time were predicting a spring 06 release
.... too bad that didn't happen. I also read one article that suggested it might be released in Nov. 06... I hope so!! But I haven't been able to find any recent articles...
